2 Loving You 2
Jinny Newlin • October 9, 2026

Hey, y'all!  It's Jinny here today.  I promised y'all last month that I was putting away summer and diving into fall.  Christmas is going to be here long before I'm ready; but once it starts getting cold and the tree goes up, I'm no longer in the mood for scrapping fall.  How about y'all?  Are you seasonal scrappers, or do you enjoy scrapping all your seasonal adventures all year long?  Anyhow, let's get right into today's share.  It was inspired by a combination of the Ginger Snap and Grateful Heart Collections; but unless otherwise noted, italicized products below are from the Ginger Snap Collection.  I was able to add most of those product links for y'all.  Enjoy!

I started this page by splattering the 12" x 12" textured, white cardstock, base page with FolkArt's Purple Lilac, Cloudy Day, Lemonade, Antique Gold Metallic, Pure Black, and Titanium White acrylic paints, as well as Anita's Crocus acrylic paint.  Once everything was dry, I added the Grateful Heart: Kindness & Grace 8x8 Clear Cardstock overlay into its bottom, right corner, securing it solely along its top edge, under a fussy-cut strip of hearts from the Grateful Heart: 12x12 How Blessed print.

I then trimmed out the left approximately 5-1/2" of my page with torn, 12" vertical strips of the Popcorn and October Fest prints, before securing a stack of 8x8 Grateful Heart prints, including Being Thankful, Leaves of Life, and Magical Moment, with gold-threaded, straight, machine stitching.  The latter set the stage for my photo, which was backed with white cardstock, as well as a piece of cheesecloth for texture.

An Apple Cider Die-Cut Shipping Tag and a Grateful Heart: All the Feels Tag, both of which were laced with white string, tied in a bow, were tucked under my photo's left side...

before being topped with a couple of Grateful Heart: Floral Centerpiece Die Cuts, popped up with layers of foam tape.  In turn, they were embellished with a Fall Foilage Die-Cut moth, as well as a Grateful Heart: My Favorite Die Cut "OCTOBER".

Everything was then anchored with a Cozy Weather Banner, popped up with more foam tape...

and intertangled with a Pumpkin Pie Number "2".  That "2" begins my "2 Loving you 2" title, which was further completed with a couple of Loving Life Title Die Cuts, as well as a Here Comes the Sun: Gold Metallic Number Die-Cut "2"...

and anchored with a "with all my heart" Pumpkin Spice Die-Cut Word Title, popped up with foam tape and topped with a "MEMORIES OF YOU" Apple Pie Colored Word Sticker.  An Enjoy the Season Die-Cut Tag quote and a couple of "days like this" and "captured" Grateful Heart: My Favorite Die Cuts, popped up with foam tape, round out the bottom of the design...

while a trio of Autumn Afternoon Die-Cut hearts complete the top.

Finally, a Harvest Moon Die-Cut Journal Tag, with a bit of handwritten journaling, stapled in place, completes the look.

That does it for me for today, Pretty Little Studio friends; but I'll be back first thing next week with a little more fall inspiration to start your work weeks out right.  Until then, may your weekends be full of creativity!
