2026 Creative Team

Deborah Lazar
My name is Deborah Lazar, and I live in southern New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia, with my husband, teenage daughter and our five spoiled cats. I’m also a proud mom of two adult sons who have already flown the nest.
I’ve been passionate about scrapbooking for more than 25 years and love it just as much today as when I first started. While 12x12 layouts are my favorite format, I also enjoy creating mini albums and creative listing. I love attending retreats and taking classes to learn new techniques and connect with other makers. For me, scrapbooking isn’t just a hobby -- it’s a lifestyle rooted in storytelling, photo taking and preserving the little moments that matter most.
When I’m not at my craft table, I work full-time as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing new store openings and remodels for a fast-growing retail brand. Outside of work and crafting, I enjoy traveling, cooking and shopping for new scrapbook supplies!

Evelyne Schmidtke
I’m Evelyne.
43 on paper, permanently 18 in spirit.
Italian soul, currently living back in Croatia, where life brought me full circle… but creativity has always been home.
I document life one memory at a time through scrapbooking, planners, paper, photos, tiny details and all the stories hidden inside everyday moments.
My creative style has always leaned toward layered designs, richly embellished pages, patterned papers, and projects full of texture and details. I love creating layouts that feel vibrant, storytelling-focused, and visually full — because for me, memories deserve pages with personality.
Behind the scenes there’s my husband — professional supporter, occasional die-cut assistant, and patient witness to the never-ending creative chaos.
Our home is happily ruled by a small furry family who somehow always manages to sneak into the creative process.
I believe beautiful memories deserve to be preserved, simple moments deserve attention, and there is always room for one more embellishment.
Creating, documenting, collecting moments… and probably buying paper faster than I can use it.
I’m truly excited to be part of this team and I can’t wait to start creating.

Jeanne Jachna
Hi I’m Jeanne Jachna! My paper crafting obsession started when I began making scrapbooks to document family vacations, holidays and special memories that I never wanted to forget. When I left my career, my husband started calling me his "Kept Wife". The name of my blog "A Kept Life" is a play on that expression, because now I capture moments in photographs and create in color. I love cardmaking because I love to send smiles. I am blessed to be part of the crafting community because we help encourage, inspire and heal each other!

Jinny Newlin
My name is Jinny Newlin. I am a wife, homeschool mom, and teacher at heart, living in El Paso, Texas. From cooking/baking to gardening, photography, and even home design/remodeling, I have always been creative; but scrapbooking, especially with my three musketeers and our family zoo as the subject matter, has held a very special place in my heart now for almost 25 years.

Kat Benjamin
My name is Kat and I’ve been playing with paper since I was a kid! I’ve dabbled in all sorts of different paper crafts including traditional scrapping, card making , project life, and book journaling. The topics of my projects usually include my husband, daughter, or dog.

Keely Lowe
I'm Keely and I have been scrapbooking for 25 years. I love to create bright, colorful layouts and cards. I live in Central Kentucky with my husband and 2 doggies. My creative projects celebrate our family life with our kids and grandsons. When I'm not scrapbooking, I love taking photos, reading, and snuggling grandbabies.

Kim Jenkins

Lisa Spiegel
I'm Lisa and I've been scrapbooking since I could tape things into a Hallmark scrapbook as a child. It's been my chosen hobby forever. I enjoy all types of crafts and sewing, home decor, thrifting and traveling. When I'm not traveling I work as a Lactation Consultant and Childbirth Educator or hang out with my 3 adult daughters and dogs.

MandaJane Ulmer
My name is MandaJane Ulmer and I have been scrapbooking for over 24 years. I am a married mom to 4 teenagers that are impossible to coordinate! We also have 1 dog, 3 cats, and a partridge in a pear tree. I work full-time, love to cook, and scrapbook in my spare time. I love to make 12x12 pages, but also decorate my planners and journal notebooks to give them an extra flair! I'm so excited to be joining the PLS team!!!

Mary Jo Johnston
Hi, I'm Mary Jo Johnston, and I've been paper crafting for more than 20 years. What began as a love for creating scrapbook pages quickly evolved into a passion for cardmaking. I enjoy every part of the creative process, from selecting papers and embellishments to layering the final details that bring a project to life. My favorite part is sharing those handmade creations, giving away one-of-a-kind works of art and being able to brighten someone's day or celebrate life's meaningful moments.
I'm beyond excited to be designing for Pretty Little Studio and sharing creative inspiration using their beautiful collections.

Misty Foresman
After 30 years of scrapbooking, I’m still not bored with it. Life is wonderfully beautiful, painful, chaotic, tragic, messy, hilarious, terrifying, and sometimes even magical…and I know the importance of capturing and documenting even the dullest moments. When all you have left of your loved ones are the memories, those memories become your treasure. My current favorite subjects are my grown kids, but by the end of 2026, I will have a new tiny treasure to add… and I cannot wait!

Monique Liedtke
Hi I’m Monique Liedtke, I live in the Netherlands together with my husband and Cocker Spaniel. We have three adult kids who all live nearby. I started scrapbooking more than 20 years ago and still love it! I like to create layouts of all sizes, cards, mini albums and planners. I also enjoy reading, going to the cinema, walking (with our dog), traveling, line dancing and aqua jogging.

Rona Mallard
I have been scrapbooking for almost 30 years. My current favorite subjects to scrap are my five grandkids. I love a good challenge and enjoy sharing my scrapbook process on YouTube. You can also find me challenging and inspiring all my Pretty Little Studio friends on our Facebook group!

Shanel Pettyjohn
I’m a teacher, a mom to three amazing sons, and a proud Gammy who treasures every moment spent with my family. When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll usually find me working on a scrapbook project or with a good book in hand.
I love creatively documenting memories through scrapbooking! Preserving everyday moments, celebrations, and adventures allows me to combine my passion for creating with my desire to keep our memories alive.

Suzanna Lee
My name is Suzanna and I live with my husband and 2 cats in Glen Allen, Virginia. My kids attend the University of AZ and occasionally remember to send their Mum some pleaded for pics so that they too can appear in the memorykeeping. I have been creating and documenting for a long time! My main focus had always been creating 12x12 layouts but as life changes (kids grow up and move out) so too does my project size. I began using a memory planner in 2022 and have been hooked ever since – it’s my favorite format of documenting the stories and photos of daily life. We have been traveling more and the intent is to put each trip in a 6x8 album. I’ve been filming process videos and sharing my process on YouTube since 2016. I love to travel, read, hike and cook/eat when I'm not at my craft table creating. I suppose I like to work out too but more begrudgingly than lovingly! LOL!

Suzan Ne
“Hiiii!! My name is Suzanne, I’m 41 and life in the Netherlands. I have 2 children (teenagers!) and I work as a social worker specialist in domestic violence.
I have been scrapbooking since my kids where small, I love to document all the big and small things in our lives!”

Wendy Rasbach
My name is Wendy, and I live in a small town in western Michigan. I’ve been married to my husband, Jon, for over 27 years, and we have two adult daughters and a beloved dog named Maxwell. I’m also a third grade teacher. My creative journey began in 2005 with a blank spiral notebook, a bunch of zoo pictures, some animal stickers, and colorful markers to make a memory book for my daughter, and I was hooked! Today I scrap 12x12 exclusively.
