Hi Pretty Little Studio friends, it's Kim and I'm back today with a layout using the gorgeous Grateful Heart collection. My granddaughter's dress was perfect for this collection.

I started with plain white cardstock and added some gesso to the bottom of my page. I pulled some paints from my stash and went to work creating the background. I used a paper from the Grateful Heart collection that had a mixed media look to it. I cut the top of it out then, I used foam tape to raise it up and placed it on the top of my page. My title was from the Autumn Afternoon Words Diecuts.

I kept my embellishing simple on this one, I didn't want it to look too busy with all the mixed media. I fussy cut some flowers, added a label for my date and a few mini banners all around my photo. I added a strip my favorite Sewn with Love Clear Stickers on both the top and bottom of my page. To finish, I added some tiny flowers and thread.
