Hi Friends!  Have you enjoyed the InterNational Scrapbook Day challenges over on the Pretty Little Studio Fans Facebook Group? There are so many fabulous entries in the challenges and there is still plenty of time to play along to win some amazing prizes!

For my layout today I am playing along with my challenge to scraplift a layout found in one of the albums in the group.  I am scraplifting Helen Ding. Here is her beautiful layout.

I was inspired by Helen's triangles, the background patterned paper and her whimsical embellishing!

I am also using the Love is Kind collection. My background is also Lifetime Ledger. Since I was using so many photos from this event, I altered the design a bit from Helen's to work with my photos. My triangles are cut from Little Moments, Love is Kind, Laughter and Cherry on Top.  I stitched around two sides of each of my triangles (DMC 761). I placed my triangles all pointing in to the photos. I added embellishments from die cut packs: Forget me not, In my Heart, Lovely Mix, Be Mine Banners and Tags.  My title is from the Forever Friends Word Titles. I also used Frosting Mini ABC's to add emphesis to my song lyrics. (It was the song my grandson was singing to his mom at his Valentine Party!) My daughter may add her journaling in the lower right section.  Can I let you in on a secret? After I finished I think I like Helen's layout design better than mine, however, I love that this told my story and even though it feels a bit chaotic, that kind of goes right along with a Pre-K school party LOL!
